BattleBorn Non-Lethal Defense is committed to providing quality products and responsible customer service. Due to the nature of non-lethal defense equipment, certain conditions apply to returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible products within 7 days of delivery or in-person purchase, provided that:
The item is unused, unfired, and in original condition
All original packaging, accessories, and documentation are included
The product shows no signs of wear, modification, or damage
Returns must be approved prior to shipment.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and liability reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
Used or discharged non-lethal launchers or devices
Pepper projectiles, CO₂ cartridges, or consumables
Opened personal safety items
Training fees or digital products
Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
Contact us within 5 days of delivery
Include photos and order information
We will evaluate the issue and may offer:
Replacement
Exchange
Manufacturer warranty assistance
Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear is not covered.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges may be approved for:
Incorrect item received
Size or accessory adjustments (if unused)
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was ours.
5. Refund Processing
Once an approved return is received and inspected:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
6. Trade Show & In-Person Purchases
Items purchased at events, pop-ups, or training sessions follow the same policy:
